any experience with Pleasant Hawaiian Holidays

We%26#39;re planning on visiting Kauai and Maui a few days each in January for our 30th anniversary. We were thinking of using Pleasant Hawaiian Holidays to reserve everything just to simplify things. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them. Any feedback that you have would be greatly appreciated. Aloha!

I reserved an upcoming trip with Pleasant, and they%26#39;ve been alright, but I probably wouldn%26#39;t use them again. Their rates are competitive and they make things nice and simple. But their prices can generally be found for the same or less directly from the vendor. And their inter-island airfare doesn%26#39;t account for the current price war ($40%26amp;$50 flights lately). So if you%26#39;re willing to spend the time and research, you can get a better deal for the same exact thing. But if you%26#39;re looking for ease, and generally good prices, I think they%26#39;re a solid choice.

We used them a few years ago and agree with TJ. As you said yourself though you were going with them to simplify your trip. They are quite knowledgeable of all the offerings on the islands. The morning after we arrived was their orientation breakfast where they will give the one time specials. This will be where you want to choose whether to book thru them or go to an internet cafe and do it yourself could probably use your hotel business office also. However if you are willing to take a little time and price the tours you want you will know if it%26#39;s a deal or not at the breakfast.

Thanks so much for your quick and informative responses. I also put the same thread on the Maui forum and got a few other answers to my question. Since no one seems to have had any particular problems with them and in fact most seemed very pleased I think we%26#39;ll at least go with them for the accomodations, flight, and rental car. I think I%26#39;ll probably just book the activities myself. Anyway thanks sooo much for your help!
