Four Seasons Maui Renovations - HELP

Hi,

This is my first time posting and I really need some advise. I have read all the rave reviews for the Four Seasons Maui and am contemplating having my wedding there. I have never been to Hawaii and it looks beautiful, but my MAJOR concern is the renovations that are taking place at the resort throught the end of June 2007.

Has anyone been to the resort since they started renovations? Are a lot of the amenities closed due to renovations - i.e. pools, etc.? Is is very noticeable that renovations are taking place and most importantly, do you feel that it would have a negative impact on my wedding (if I decide to have it there)?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Also. I have a reservation for mid Dec 2006. When I talked to the reservation taker, I had no problems with what they said about what was going on at the hotel..
