waikiki sunset

I am considering to stay in the 1-br suite in waikiki sunset condo. But I read some bad reviews on this condo in this site that this place is very old, dirty and the beds uncomfortable. In particular, I am concerned of how uncomfortable the queen/king bed and pull-out sofa bed will be?

There are not that many condos in Waikiki to choose from, a more promising choice is the waikiki beach tower but it costs a lot more than the waikiki sunset and I am not sure if it is worth the high price tag!

Has anyone stayed at the Waikiki Park Heights condo? We are staying there in November. It looks quite nice and is in a central location. We have a one bedroom with full kitchen on the eighteenth floor with full ocean view. In all the talk of condos in Waikiki, it has never come up. Hope it%26#39;s nice.

I stayed at the Waikiki Sunset for a week about 9 years ago. I thought it was clean %26amp; well worth the price we paid.

What are the ocean views like from Waikiki Sunset? Can anyone tell me if the 1br suite is very spacious? We are looking to have 5 adults stay in there? Would you fit a rollaway in the bedroom?
