Could someone please explain the pool vs beach for lounging around at? I read somewhere it cost to get chairs on the beach in front of the hotel? If so, how much for two people? Where do you go to pay, etc. Any tips for this resort would be appreciated, we will be there in October. Also, best floor to request, we will have an oceanfront room. Is the catamaran ride worthwhile? How much?
Outrigger Waikiki On The Beachjust got back we was on the 14 floor awesome views.
yes you do have to pay on the beach but its well worth it
there is a booth on the beach where you pay you can rent chairs loungers or parasols.
we rented 2 lounger and a parasol it cost 40 dollars for the day.
if you get 14 floor up there is a express lift cool.
catamaran ride looks good coming in but looks hard work going out. did not try it but loved watching it from my balcony.
Outrigger Waikiki On The BeachI just got back this morning from the Outrigger for the last 9 days. We never rented chairs or umbrellas. We bought cheap beach mats across the street at one of the ABC stores and used our towels, some days we used the chairs by the pool but you have to get to the pool when it opens at 8 or fairly early to put a towel down because they go fast. We stayed in a City View Room on the 4th floor and still had partial ocean view. We weren%26#39;t in the room much so it was just right. The elevators are a bit slow though so beware. We took the Na Huku II (red and yellow boat) catamaran ride the first night we were there. It was $30.00 each and complimentary alocohol. We did the sunset cruise which left the beach at 5:30pm, we had a great time on tjere. Have fun!!
we are staying at the outrigger next may while we are there for our wedding
how do u do the catamaran (sp?) rides?
