hyatt versus Sheraton luaus?

beachgal....

Hyatt, or the Sheraton Luau....

Been to both within the last month or so...BOTH were great.

Had a good time.

I really had a ball at the Sheraton, since it is a little different.

The food was super outstanding, the music and dance was entertaining, but what I liked a bit more about the Sheraton was...

It was FUN !!! Lots of humor, as Dickie Chan , our local TV personality is the M.C........very upbeat, and just felt good to us.

Lots of laughter and relating to the audience, as well as the dance presentations from around the pacific rim.

The Hyatt has recently changed hands as far as the entertainment in concerned, and we liked it very much. Excellent presentation.

The food done by the Hyatt and was good, but we enjoyed the dinner at deserts at the Sheraton a little bit better than the Hyatt.

Might depend on you availability since they present on different evening.

Hyatt: Thrs and Sunday

Sheraton: Monday and Friday.

Either way, you will have a ball no matter which you chose.

Denny%26#39;s right. I think the Hyatt luau is a little stuffy. The food is good, but not as good as Smith%26#39;s. The deserts are pretty tasty, with a good variety. It%26#39;s nice that you can stay at your table during the dinner and the show, but I still like Smith%26#39;s presentation better. I usually have to get up and....umm....stretch my legs a bit anyway after dinner, so the walk to the amphitheater is ok with me.

Thanks so much for your opinions... very helpful. I think we will try the Sheraton Luau... also it is close to our condo in case we need to walk home after a few mai tais!

Thanks again :) Aloha!
