Sorry to inform you but, no cigar bars, and Maui County’s top advocate for a smoke-free environment lauded Gov. Linda Lingle’s decision to sign a bill banning smoking from almost all public places, including bars and areas close to the entrances of public buildings. The bill also prohibits smoking 20 feet from entryways of enclosed public places and workplaces.

As far as jazz music, the venue changes, but I recommend checking the schedule of Mulligan%26#39;s on the Blue in Wailea. They have great live music, as well as Pacific O in Lahaina.
