Anyone familiar with Summit Pacific Inc.?

I%26#39;m planning on reserving a condo at Hanalei Bay through Summit Pacific. But, I was wondering if anyone had experience with them.

I used Summit Pacific to secure my owner occupied unit at Hanalei Bay Resort. They did a nice job -- good communication throughout the process and check in was a breeze. The unit was a bit outdated, though. Overall a real nice place to stay up north.

MagicTerp, I was starting to think no one was going to respond to my post. I%26#39;m planning on reserving unit 9221. That wouldn%26#39;t happen to be the one you stayed in, would it?

Believe it or not, 9221 is the exact unit we stayed in! Nice view from the lanai (mountains, waterfalls after it showers, and a bit of the bay). The place was clean, but it could probably use some newer carpet. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was fine. Not sure that you can beat it for $135/night.
