I assume you are referring to Cafe Pesto in Kawaihae since there is no Cafe Pesto in Kamuela. (The other one is in Hilo.) It is about 30 minutes from Waikoloa.

TA calls the area along the Kohala Coast Kamuela, for some reason I can%26#39;t fathom (mailing addresses)? But no one on the island calls it Kamuela. As TT says, Pesto is in Kawaihae harbor shopping area, lower level. 20-30 minutes depending on congestion around the entry to the shipping yards, etc..
