Even though it is a new thread, I assume you are referring to Kanaloa. The best rental condo complex in Keauhou is the Kona Cost Resort IMHO. Kona By The Sea or Kona Makai (Buildings #1, #2 and #6 only) would be my choices in Kona, closer to town.
