Hyatt vs Sheraton

Can anyone (maybe who has stayed in both) give me a little comparison. Based on rooms, service, restaurants , bars, pool, (poolbars?)

Also how far a walk is it from one to another?

Hyatt vs Sheraton

The Hyatt and Sheraton bookend the Kaanapali beachfront. The Hyatt is over the top - flamingo%26#39;s, penguins, pools, waterfalls, etc. The Sheraton is a little more laid back. Both are outstanding, both enjoy great beaches and views. It really depends on what you are looking for - for a traditional quieter experience, I%26#39;d go with the Sheraton, for amazing pools, waterfalls and a sensory overload, go with the Hyatt.

Facing the ocean from left to right, the hotels are located as follows: the Hyatt, Mariott, Kaanapali Alii (condo%26#39;s - a great choice), the Westin, Whalers Village and the Sheraton. Great walk along the beach sidewalk, about 15 minutes from the Hyatt to the Sheraton.

Hyatt vs Sheraton

We havent stayed at the Sheraton but two years in a row we have stayed at the Hyatt. We love it! The pool is great, the rooms are really nice, We did walk everyday down to black rock in front of the Sheraton to snorkel, then stopped for lunch at Lelani%26#39;s in the Whalers village. Honestly I think you cant go wrong with either, the location is great.

Sometimes the Hyatt doesn%26#39;t even have a beach infront of it. The sheraton has a great beach. Both great choices unless your beach obsessed and don%26#39;t feel like walking 5 minutes.

Thanks anymore info would be appreciated.

Maybe you should consider the Westin which is located right between the Hyatt %26amp; Sheraton.

I stayed at the Westin and it was great. You get the best of both worlds from the other 2.....great lobby (flamingos, swans, etc.)and crazy pool area (5 pools, waterslide) just like at the Hyatt. Plus, the location on the beach cant be beat....even better than the Sheraton....right next to Whalers Village.

Of course, I didnt stay at the Hyatt or the Sheraton but I did walk by both hotels and checked them out and lets just say I was very happy with my choice, the Westin.
