Inter-island Ferry update

Hi,

I have read that there is a ferry that will be starting in 2007 between some of the islands ( i would be interested in the Oahu-Mahu route). Does anyone know of an update on this. I am going in Sep/Oct 2007 and would love not to have to fly between islands!

the subject of a super ferry here has been very quiet lately in the media. somehow i don%26#39;t think this is really happening.
