Hi, I%26#39;m debating whether to stay at Hilton%26#39;s Hawaiian Village-Rainbow Tower or at the Turtle Bay Resort next Feb. This is our first time to Hawaii and we have 2 teenage sons. I see advantages to staying in both areas, but we%26#39;re on Oahu for 4 days, so we need to decide which one. Any help is appreciated!
Hilton Hawaiian Village or Turtle Bay Resort?
We are lucky enough to be staying at both.
I%26#39;d probably stay at the HHV and do a day trip up to the North Shore. In such a short amount of time, it would be more convenient to stay in Waikiki, if you haven%26#39;t been there before.
Hilton Hawaiian Village or Turtle Bay Resort?
It really depends on what you (or your kids) like to do. We have stayed at Turtle Bay and prefer it to the crowded city but that is our choice, your mileage may vary so they say.
I%26#39;d stay Waikiki if you only have four days. It should be warmer there than Turtle Bay, for one thing. Do visit the North Shore and see the surfers -- don%26#39;t lose your sons to the lifestyle! :)
Ohhh, how true is that? *lol*
My son turns 8 on Saturday. Today we took all the Buzz Lightyear stuff out of his room and decorated it with surfing decor. He gets his brand new board on Saturday!
It%26#39;s April school holidays in Australia at the moment. No sleep-ins for me. I have to get up early each morning to take my son surfing!
Be warned..it is VERY addictive! ;)
