It%26#39;s Easter and we arrived from the dismal rain in San Fran today. We%26#39;re staying at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach and want to know some good places to eat. We like local, good quality food. We%26#39;re really tired right now so we may just eat at the hotel. Any suggestions? (BTW... it%26#39;s beautiful here! Sunny skies!!!)
In Waikiki - where to eatBehind the Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel and beside the International Market Place there is an adjoining food plaza. It%26#39;s very reasonable, lovely BBQ plates and has a bit of everything.
In Waikiki - where to eatDuke%26#39;s at your hotel is great. We ate breakfast there twice and dinner once. All were good. Wish I was there!
I really enjoyed both the Veranda and Beach Grill at the Sheraton Moana Surfrider... such a great atmosphere, right on the beach and that lovely banyan tree in the center... to die for!
And the strawberry-guava jelly at breakfast is tasty!
Of course, this isn%26#39;t exactly local-style food but if you want scenery and atmosphere one morning or afternoon, I highly recommend the surfrider!
