Yoga at Sheraton

Sweet! I just found an activities calendar on the Sheraton website and discovered that they have FREE Yoga at 8:30 am on Tue, Thu and Sat.

I had no idea....how cool! Has anyone done this? It says it meets at Hale Hoku - whatever that means. Just wondering if the class actually takes place outside or inside. Outside would be way cooler!

How cool! Sounds like fun. We are getting outdoor massages for the first time in life- in Hana!!! I hope you get some more info. We are having massages under a ';hale'; which is a hut, so maybe they have a hale there on site? Sounds like it is outside to me!

I think that Hale Hoku is one of the buildings that is actually built on Black Rock. It might be near the fitness center. We stayed at eh Sheraton on our last trip. Didn%26#39;t do any yoga but used the fitness center(once), it was pretty nice.

You are correct. I just looked it up. It is a building on site.
