Yoga on the south shore?

does anyone know if there are yoga classes on the shore and are they good?

We have not seen any ';outdoor on the beach'; yoga classes....

We do work out at two different health clubs during our visits.

The KAUAI ATHLETIC CLUB at the Kukuigrove shopping village in Lihue does have yoga, and other classes.

You might give them a call, as they should be aware of any yoga classes that are available in the south shore area.808-245-5381.

There is yoga program up north, but again, I do not believe that it is on the beach, but what the heck....they also could point you in the propper direction. DEVAKI 826-9990

Kauai Athletic Club is definitely in biz,and going strong...just worked out there in mid march. Devaki, dont know. (But that is north shore )

If you are already knowledgeable in Yoga, you could just start your morning at the beach when it is peaceful and quiet. Perform your routine as the sun just begins to warm the sand.

Who knows, you might just meet up with other visitors in passing, and maybe some of them would like to join you.
