I originally thought we were staying at the Bay Club for our upcoming vacation, but I just verified that we are actually staying at the new Hilton Grand Vacations Club at the Waikoloa Beach Resort that just opened this year.
I would love to hear input from anyone who has stayed here. It would be nice to scope out the layout of the units beforehand. Do you happen to have a map of the property you would like to share? Thanks!

Aloha! I don%26#39;t have a map of the property, but it is beautiful. There is definitely some construction going on still, apparently 4 of the 6 buildings are open for guests, 2 buildings are still under construction. They look to be nearly complete so the heavy work is done, but I see lots of furniture and movement on a daily basis.
The resort is spread out, the Bay Club and Kohala Suites both check-in at the new clubhouse where the pool and small pool bar are located. Friendly staff, and if you stay at the Kohala Suites you do get access to Hilton Waikoloa Village and all that they have to offer. If you stay at the Bay Club, you do not get access but have to purchase a day pass for about $85 per day.
