Nihi Kai Bldg 8 vs Manualoha Bldg 4

I would be greatful if anyone had an opinion of these condo%26#39;s and locations for a family of 4 with older teens. Manualoha looks closer to Poipu Beach Park but dont know if there is road noise or night time concerns at the park.

Manualoha is just as close to the water as anything else, the upstairs units are two story, usually with wonderful views of the water. The area is extremely quiet, and there is access to all all of the Poipu Kai ammenities. You will like Manualoha. Serveral rental agencies have units. Two are www.kauairegency.com and www.suite-paradise.com

We stayed at Manualoha last June and loved it. Great for a family of 4 with teens. No road noise. Check out the reviews on Suite-Paradise.

Must echo the other posters on Manualoha..

Incedentally manu = bird....so aloha, or love bird.

We have stayed at Poipu kai ( suite paradise management co.) for over 12 years, and the

Manualoha section is our favorite. ( Also stayed in Kahala, and Poipu Sands) enjoyed them all.

We have only stayed in the garden views,not ocan like you will have. This last visit last week was in the Manualoha 600 building. That is further up from the beach than you all.

Each visit, the units, no matter which section, have alway been pristine perfect.

Very nicely appointed, and we love the place.

Nihi Kai will have some great ocean views, and also looks super, but we have not stayed there.

You will be a bit closer to the beach in Poipu Kai, and the Manualoha pool is our favorite.

almost like a reflecting pool overlooking the beach and ocean. Very nice, and has never ever been crowded like the hotel pools that we see. You will have your own private key to the pool.

Well, looks like another vote for Manualoha at Poipu Kai. Enjoy your visit.

Nihi Kai Building 8 is great - back from the road, so no noise, but high - so the views are great - ocean and sunset. The units are large, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and Grantham Resorts provides everything needed: beach towels, chairs, along with all amenities in the units.

We just returned April 16th from 10 days in building 8. It is a little more of a walk, but the views are wonderful! We were 2nd floor ocean view. Our 13 year old liked for the close proximity to Brennecke%26#39;s Beach. Highly recommend it.
